Since 1993, MicroPulse has served the Information Technology needs of companies of all sizes with Managed Services, Systems Engineering and Application Development services. We strive to balance industry standard best practices with specific customer needs. Through our vast experience as a Technology Advisor, we have developed a proven process that follows four major steps:
Learn and Analyze
We learn about your business and IT environment. We also go to great lengths to understand how IT fits in the business and how decisions are made. We will analyze your needs and the options that are available to you.
Discuss and Review
We ensure there is open communication between all parties involved in a project. We will discuss your needs and available options and review them to make sure that the solution fits the need. We will take into consideration existing and future costs as well as ongoing support capabilities.
Inform and Advise
We will then inform you of our recommendations by outlining the solution, explaining why it was chosen, and communicating the associated costs and the benefits it will provide. If there is not a solution we can provide or support, we will make recommendations (if possible) on where to find an appropriate solution.
Implement and Support
Once an appropriate path is agreed to, MicroPulse will help you implement it in one of several possible ways:
- Jointly Implement - MicroPulse will help implement the solution alongside your staff, providing guidance and mentorship where needed.
- Implement and Mentor - MicroPulse will implement the solution and mentor the appropriate client staff afterward to transfer knowledge of the implementation.
- Implement and Manage - MicroPulse will implement the solution and provide ongoing management of it through our Managed Services.
