MicroPulse welcomes the addition of Chad Allen as a Solutions Specialist. Chad has provided project support and ongoing Managed Service support to customers in a variety of industries. Chad's customer service skills are second to none. He has been a consultant since 2006 and has almost ten years of professional IT experience. Chad is a Microsoft specialist and possesses certifications including MCP, ITIL and VCP (VMware Certified Professional).
