MicroPulse’s Recurring Services are great for organizations who know they’ll need ongoing help and would like it at a more predictable budget than the traditional Block of Hours or T&M models. You select how much time you need each month and use it as needed. This can be applied toward anything but commonly includes:
· Ongoing management of specific infrastructure area(s)
· Operational support but not with a full helpdesk
· Consulting and strategic planning
· Project assistance
If you exceed your balance or reserve, additional time can be added. If you use less than your allocation, the remaining time stays available for future use. This gives you the flexibility to handle busy times, unexpected projects and changing priorities without having to go through the procurement process.
